Cuisine and Menu

While Beyaz Gelincik Organizasyon Cafe operates primarily as an event staging and celebration firm, celebratory catering and refreshment services form an essential component of each curated package. Rather than functioning as a conventional à la carte restaurant, the culinary offerings are structured around milestone toasts, themed dessert presentations, and curated refreshment platters tailored to party sizes and event tiers.

Every organization package features a dedicated selection of refreshments designed to accompany celebrations during the one-hour service duration. The core culinary provisions include:

• Celebration Cakes: Fresh, celebratory cake service is included across all standard and premium tiers, with custom thematic creations prepared specifically as special birthday cakes and dedicated wedding anniversary cakes.
• Savory Appetizers and Finger Foods: Assorted snack selections (aperatif yiyecekler) are prepared and served within the higher-tier packages to complement the event.
• Fresh Fruit Platters: Seasonal sliced fruit presentations (meyve tabağı) are included in the Standard Package, while the VIP tier provides an elevated, custom VIP fruit arrangement (özel meyve tabağı).
• Non-Alcoholic Beverages: Service of chilled non-alcoholic drinks is integrated into every tier, ensuring guests have refreshments throughout their booking.

Package pricing is structured around distinct organization tiers with clear weekday, Saturday, and Sunday variations:

• Ekonomik Paket (3,500 ₺ weekday / 4,500 ₺ Saturday / 5,500 ₺ Sunday): Features a 1-hour service duration, standard table styling, celebratory cake, non-alcoholic drinks, 2 pyrotechnic fountain volcanoes, 1 confetti blast, 10 nautical lanterns, candelabras, 10 candles, sound system, gazebo tent, and red carpet (standard list price: 6,500 ₺).
• Standart Paket (5,750 ₺ weekday / 6,750 ₺ Saturday / 7,750 ₺ Sunday): Adds a professional photographer, appetizer snacks, fresh fruit platter, 4 volcanoes, 2 torches, 100 rose petals, welcome signage, wooden platform, and 15 deluxe lanterns (standard list price: 10,750 ₺).

Atmosphere and Who It Suits

The atmosphere curated by Beyaz Gelincik Organizasyon Cafe is designed to be romantic, elegant, nostalgic, and fairytale-like, delivering immersive environments tailored to high-emotion celebrations. The service specifically caters to couples planning surprise marriage proposals, individuals marking landmark birthdays, spouses celebrating wedding anniversaries, as well as groups hosting henna nights (kına gecesi) and bachelorette parties.

Every setup is customized to transform both urban spaces and natural scenery into atmospheric staging grounds. Decorative staging elements include:

• Architectural Decor and Pathways: Custom gazebo tents, rich red carpets, and elevated wooden staging platforms create formal focal points for ceremonies.
• Illumination and Candlelight: Staging incorporates luxury candelabras, arrays of 10 to 30 flickering candles, maritime and deluxe lanterns, and ambient string lighting.
• Floral and Thematic Accents: Setups feature fresh flower bouquets, 100 to 300 scattered red rose petals, custom entrance welcome boards, and personalized 30-photograph memory display boards.
• Atmospheric Effects and Live Music: Celebrations can be amplified with 2 to 6 cold-fire fountain volcanoes, confetti cannons, handheld flare torches, grand fireworks displays, and live romantic violin accompaniment.

Beyond traditional indoor cafe and restaurant environments, the team stages events across an extensive variety of outdoor and lifestyle settings. Couples can choose sandy beach and seaside shores, tranquil lakefront banks, overwater piers, secluded forest clearings, private villa gardens, and panoramic terraces such as Günep Plaza. For distinct thematic experiences, the firm organizes transparent glass dome (cam fanus) dinners, rustic wooden bungalow getaways, glamping caravan setups, open-air private cinema screenings, nostalgic vintage Volkswagen Beetle (Vosvos) road trips, romantic waterway gondola tours, and private yacht or boat charters with scenic marina views. The combination of quiet on-site generator power, dedicated sound systems, professional 4K drone cinematography, and skilled photojournalistic coverage ensures every emotion is captured flawlessly without compromising the intimacy of the moment.
